Our Legal Support Staff
The firm has a 30 member support staff team, including
Ms. Conn has 24 years of experience as a legal secretary and has been with the firm for over 16 years as the legal assistant to Peter M. Mott. She has experience in many areas of the law, including litigation, commercial and residential real estate, wills, business transactions, together with a strong background in matrimonial matters. Ms. Conn graduated with honors from the Legal Secretary Program at Blake Business School in 1983.
Ms. Cosgrove is legal assistant to Lisa Azzato, Patrick Fife, and Philip Nykamp. Ms. Cosgrove has over 7 years of experience as a legal assistant. Ms. Douglass is legal assistant to Cyrus Dolce and Daniel Wani. Ms. Douglass has over 27 years of experience as a legal assistant. Ms. Enders is a paralegal in the firm’s Estate Department. Ms. Enders has over 13 years of legal experience. Ms. Fanning is legal assistant to Martin Finnegan and Kathryn Dalli. Ms. Fanning has over 24 years of experience as a legal assistant. Ms. Foster has 31 years of legal experience and has been working at the firm since 1984 as the legal assistant to Stephen B. Latham. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Foster worked in firms in New Jersey, as well as in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. She has experience in residential and commercial real estate, business acquisitions and sales, corporation and business entity formations and administration, litigation, estate planning and environmental matters. Ms. Foster holds an Associate's Degree in Legal Secretarial Science from S.U.N.Y. Farmingdale. Ms. Groblewski has 8 years of legal experience and is the legal assistant to Christopher Kelley. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a legal assistant for law firms in Bridgehampton. She has experience in residential and commercial real estate, bank closings, estate planning and litigation. Ms. Groblewski holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Mercy College where she graduated with honors and was a member of the Class of 2000’s Who’s Who Among Students in American College and Universities. Ms. Nickich is legal assistant to Cyrus Dolce and Daniel Wani. Ms. Nickich has over 27 years of experience as a legal assistant. Ms. Olsen is legal assistant to Tom Twomey, Senator Ken LaValle, and Jennifer Andaloro. Ms. Olsen has over 33 years of experience as a legal assistant. Ms. Paladino is legal assistant to Janice Snead and Amiel Gross. Ms. Paladino has over 16 years of experience as a legal assistant. Ms. Quick is a paralegal in the firm’s Litigation Department. Ms. Quick has over 19 years legal experience. Ms. Rosenberg is a paralegal in the firm’s Estate Department. Ms. Rosenberg has over 26 years of legal experience. Ms. Schick is legal assistant to Anne Marie Goodale and Laura Sguazzin. Ms. Schick has over 23 years of experience as a legal assistant. Ms. Sherry is legal assistant to Jay Quartararo. Ms. Sherry has over 17 years of experience as a legal assistant. Ms. Silleck is legal assistant to David Dubin and Joan Hatfield. Ms. Silleck has over 19 years of experience as a legal assistant. Ms. Sirico began working at the firm in 2004 in the Estates Department, as an Assistant to the six Estate Planning attorneys. She has 7 years of experience in the fields of Elder Law, Medicaid and Estate Planning. Ms. Sirico graduated from Suffolk County Community College with a Paralegal A.A.S. degree in 2001, and is a certified Paralegal. She is continuing her studies in law and hopes to become an attorney in the near future.As the firm's Office Administrator, Lynda Swike, handles various responsibilities
along with her Business Department and Support Staff team to effectively
manage the day-to-day operations of the firm. Ms. Swike's responsibilities
include:
•Computer Network Administration, Computer Software Training and
Support.
•Human Resources Administration including pension and medical insurance
administration, support staff supervision and hiring.
Ms. Swike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of
New York at Stony Brook (magna cum laude 1987).
Ms. Weiss has 23 years of legal experience and began working for the firm's Mortgage Closing Department in 1992. She is now the legal assistant to Bryan Van Cott and Lauren Stiles. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Weiss was the Closing Supervisor for The Bank of New York Mortgage Company and worked for many years at a title company covering all departments involved in the company.
