Estate Administration & Probate
Estate administration is a court proceeding that will determine how property should be distributed when one dies without a will. The firm’s attorneys handle estate administration matters for individuals and fiduciaries from probate through final accounting. The process also includes the identification of the heirs, the estate property and its worth, the payment of any debt and estate taxes, and the distribution of the remaining property as the will directs.
