Expansion of E-Filing in Non- Essential Matters
On April 30, 2020, Chief Administrative Judge, Lawrence K. Marks, issued a Memorandum to all judges outlining the steps that have been taken to expand e-filing in non-essential matters.  The Memorandum provides that effective May 4, 2020, new motions, responsive papers to previously filed motions, and other applications (including post-judgment applications) may be e-filed in pending cases.  Notices of appeal may now also be electronically filed.
