Firm Partner Kathryn Dalli played a role in the film One Moment, starring the late Danny Aiello. Ms. Dalli provided legal representation in negotiating Mr. Aiello’s contract, the producers’ and film distribution contract, and provided general guidance through the production process.
One Moment tells the story of middle-aged siblings who struggle to manage their lives and their careers while caring for their widowed aging father, Joe (played by Mr. Aiello, in his last film appearance). Demanding and difficult, Joe stubbornly believes he is still capable of running his own life, which leads to sad, but sometimes hilarious, situations. Although at odds how to best care for Joe in his final years, they are united in wanting to ensure his well-being and help him find peace of mind — without them losing their own.
The film premieres on July 26 on Apple TV+, Amazon Prime, DirecTV, Google Play and Vudu.
