Mildred J. Michalczyk has been engaged in the practice of law for over 40 years. Raised in Astoria, New York, she brings a highly versatile and diverse skill set to her practice. Her work includes estate and probate litigation, civil litigation, appeals, real property transactions and proceedings, and matrimonial and family law matters. She also has extensive experience in estate and trust planning and administration. She has represented clients throughout Long Island and New York City—including Kings, Queens, Bronx, and Westchester Counties.
Drawing on decades of experience developed over the course of her longstanding private practice, she helps clients navigate complex legal matters with thoughtful guidance and strategic advice.
Ms. Michalczyk earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Foreign Language from New York University in 1980 and her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University in 1983.
She is a member of the Women’s Bar Association. Her commitment to the legal profession and education includes serving as a judge for Moot Court competitions at Yale University and Touro University.
Ms. Michalczyk is admitted to practice law in New York State and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
